Swamiji during meditation when the mind merges with infinity/cosmic conciousness there is lot if inner bliss this happens of and on during meditation but i am not able to stay in infinity for as long time,may i know the reason. regards soman

The accumulated thoughts of the past have to be replaced by constant practice of meditation. Have lot of patience to see the inner transformation.
