Swamiji, I am a curios seeker of spiritual knowledge. I have a lot of questions to ask you.I think this column wont be sufficient for that. Is there any other contact info so that i could write in more details of my doubts? Swamiji,what is the right way to meditate?.formless meditation centered on heart or with form?I had once an abhyasi of sriramachandra mission in singapore. Right now i am not going for that.Is it OK if i continue their mode of formless (nirguna)meditation ?Or if we assume a form what form we should assume.Infact nobody have seen God or Krishna. Its jus only the pictures we have seen.Please advice the right method Thanks you so much repected swamiji.
