Dear Nishantji,
When you practise deep breathing and reciting of very long ‘AUM’ along with visualizing Krishna in your mind, slowly you will also transform into a star (of courage and positive energy). People around you will feel positive energy around you, they will start respecting you and thus you can discover a hero in yourself.
