Swamiji, I am a housewife living in singapore. I have two kids of 12 and 8year olds. I am living comfortably and peacefully with my family. I am a regular viewer of your talks through medias. I am doing meditation regularly once a day. My question is this, When I meditate an unknowing heaviness I can feel in my heart. I really don t understand why. All other time I don t feel so. I think it started after hearing the 5year old child’s incident in India. That incident haunted my heart like every one of us. While meditating, whenever I start getting the pain, I always try to divert my mind by counting my breath, or thinking of a beautiful scenery etc. Even though I can bring back my mind, that heaviness is not going off. It will remain few minutes even after meditation. Please advice if you are able to. Thank you and we all are waiting for your Singapore visit in coming June. Pranamam Rani

Dear Raniji,
When you start your meditation, you have to shut this world.
Whatever happens outside, even in your own family, or your body, you have to forget and close your eyes.
Then only you will be able to meditate (in the beginning stage).
As you advance, you will find it easier.
Understand, this world had always been a drama stage where good and bad kept in fighting. Every one lives their destiny until they realize the power of their mind.
As a doctor treats his patients in their disease, we have to help both criminals and victims come out of their vicious cycle.
We have to tell others there is way to end their misery.
So, spread this Knowledge to as many people as you can.
When you light a candle, you will not blame darkness.
HariOm!
