Swamiji,I came to know about this site through my friend. I am a very religious person but sometimes life puts us in a very troubling situation. About 15 years back i was in love with a girl but could not tell her as i fear she might reject me. But when i decided to talk to her it was too late as her marraige was fixed with some one else. i felt very bad. Later i went abroad and got married as per my parents advice and today i have two kids. after 15 years i came in touch with my past girlfriend through internet. we keep in touch on daily basis. Swamiji, we have not met each other but mentally iam with her only. i am taking care of my family very well but she is deeply in my thoughts… What should i Do? Is it wrong to maintain this secret relation with her even through mails? I cannot avoid her anymore in this life.

Dear Kannan,
Life has different experiences. We expect more happiness and satisfaction through the experiences which we expect . Understand that it is not the experience that makes you happy but the attitude which you are having make you comfort or discomfort. There is nothing wrong in contacting your old friend but do it with the permission of your wife. If your wife also associate in your contacts there will not have any misunderstanding otherwise if she finds out your relationship there the tragedy begins. So you should have more discrimination regarding keeping relationship with her.
