You should practise meditation regularly, then alone you will discover your presence of conscious existence.
Once you establish yourself there, then the world ( cosmic energy) becomes the part of your consciousness.
Understand, your own experience alone can answer the question which is so subjective. So please practice regular meditation to realize it.
