swamiji, many people says a person will have born qualities, hw far this is true.. i always believe that quality(what ever), can be acheived by hardwork and commitment..pls give the correct idea..and pls correct me if i am wrong

Both are right. Some are born with good qualities, some have developed it.
Even you can hear the statement of some parents that “my son has become wise, even we used to wonder if he would ever!”.
