Swamiji one is the outer light which eminates from the deity whom we meditate upon and the other is the inner light which is perceived in between the eyebrows in the form of a burning wick during deep meditation may i know the differance between two lights. according to me the first one is gods grace & second one is self.is it true. regards Soman

Both lights are perceived by the same mind; now just understand the real light is that gives existence to the mind; so understand, surrender and feel that you are with God .
That light alone is the real light ever with you (Gita 5 /24).
