swamiji,please tell me how to deal with the person who irritates us continuously?i’m married for 3.5 years now.my husband’s family is with us from last 1.5 years. an old lady is there in my family who is my father in law’s relative.nobody at home likes her as she is very irritating by nature.she’s always after us for instructing ‘do this,do that’ etc..though we all avoid her she doesn’t mind at all and again does the same thing.even though somebody scolds ,that also she doesn’t care and does the same thing again and again.i tried behaving politely with her and control my mind everyday.but pathetically i’m failing.please tell me swamiji how to deal with this crank female?

Dear Simi,
She is expressing her depression which others created in her.
She is behaving negatively as this is the only way she gets attention, so if you can praise her that she is so loving to you, she is great, she was good when she was young and so on. With this regular praising, she will think that you love her, then she will not hurt you any more.
Remember, it is noble to create love and honour in others.
