Dear Ajitha,
“Kavacham” is used to protect oneself.
To help protection from fear and negative emotions, “Narayana Kavacham” was first suggested by Vishwarupa to Indra.
Narayana Kavacham appears in canto – 6; chapter -8 of Srimad Bhagavatham.
Please read it regularly with “Sankalpa” and trust that Lord protects HIS bhaktha from fear and insecurity from anywhere and anytime in any form.
So, it removes fear and develops a positive attitude.
