It is important to understand man is nothing but a piece of the nature, and his life works best if he lives in tune with the nature. “Brahma Muhurtam” is the time when nature and other organisms wake up. If man wakes up at the same time, particular “Nadis” of our energy system like the “Saraswathi Nadi” gets vitalized. Hence it is advised to wake up with nature and sleep with nature. Hari Om.
