thanks for earlier reply ji some temple prohibit people touching priest saying the concept of purity and impurity………is this valid ji/? if at all such notion exsist for society ,for an enlightened guru/priest even impurity should be a part of god so how could they prevent people from touching them ji ——–?

You can touch a priest or a guru anytime, it is not a matter of purity. All purity is in thoughts and deeds. The reason why people doing pujas in temple or seers who are at a certain level of Sadhana are advised not to touch others at the time is to maintain a certain energy level that they attain with the Sadhana. All good practices were made evil because we did not understand why we practiced it. Of course, someone gave wrong explanations too. Hari Om
