Dear Vishnuji,
If you analyze deeply, your mind is not a matter it, absolutely conscious energy which has freedom to think any thing that you want.
So this shows your mind is not stiff and dependent on any thing.
If you want to change your thoughts, you can and you will succeed.
When your mind dissolves, there is only God.
For beginners in meditation, seeing the Lord’s form is ideal.
