Dear Jyothi,
How can a wave realize that it is none other than the ocean?
By dis-identifying with it’s identity as the wave, right?
Similarly, a mind totally free from doer-ship and experincer-ship has no existence as an individual mind.
It becomes liberated.
All Sadhana practices are meant for helping this transformation.
