Vandanam Swamiji,This is to ask u how my mothers’sorrow on my fathers recent death can be overcome thru spiritual practices.She is always bothered of the fact that she cudnt tell my father that he was a cancer patient bcz she thoght that will hurt his mind.Now she thinks,if she had tell him abt his disease,he may express his wishes and wll give her piece of advice what to do after his death.But she cudnt tell him and he is no more and she is always worried abt this.She is also worried abt our home,s future as its not possible to live here alone(nobody to live in our home).pls give us ur valuable advice swamiji

Dear Asha,
Please tell your mother that regretting on the past will not do any good to the departed or the living.
Never feel guilt on any thing that she did out of sincere love, as she did the right thing by making your father’s last days as much happy as possible.
Now. look at life as if it is a new one, full of possibilities.
Practise Sadhana with your mother and attend Satsangs regularly.
Surrender at the Lotus Feet of the Lord, when mind becomes peaceful, it will guide you in the right direction.
