We all know who is Bhishma / Devavrata the 8th son of Kuru King Santanu untill he gives up his body in the battle field of kurukshetra after handing over the Vishnu Sahasranama / Bhishma Stuti to Yudhistra. Why was he pierced with 100 arrows is a question which is still unknown to me. Yes many curses and rebirth has happened to kill Bhishma is again few incidents i am aware. Radhekrishna!!!!

All the curses and revenges melted away in Bheeshma’s life.
What makes Bheeshma the true warrior is the wisdom and courage displayed by him in his death bed and his unshaken devotion to Bhagavan.
