what are the qualification needed to teach in your school?

Dear Mithra,
At present, we have a Pre-school functioning in Cochin.
For teaching small children, the teacher should be able to transfer knowledge without the hassles
of the teaching-learning process.
The children must learn through playing games, hearing stories and participating in various activities.
The teacher must be able to love them like a mother, guide them like an elder sister, play with them like a friend.
She should invoke enthusiasm in them and support their curiosity.
The entire learning process should be fun-filled.
More than academic qualificatin, this is what we want from the Pre-school teacher.
