what do you mean by sthoolam & sukshmam?

Dear Dhanya,
Sthoolam(gross, effect) is the manifestation of the sookshma(subtle, cause).
The cause is always static but the effect is kinetic.
From the stable Conscious energy all the actions (physical and mental) manifest.
So,in life keep the awareness that behind all actions and thoughts, there is a constant, imminent, eternal Presence of Consciousness without which life is impossible.
