Dear Achuthankuty,
when we are working and interacting with the world, you have to say I,YOU, THEY etc. But when we return from the work we should feel a balanced mind, where we should be free from all kinds of regret,jealousy,excitement & expectation etc. That means, our mind should feel that we are all the children of one and only one God.
