What is ashttanga namaskaram and what are the eight angangals.

Dear Jayakumarji,
When you understand well, these rituals are expressions of our mental surrender to the Supreme.
We (the mind) are part of the supreme conscious energy, we can experience the same only when it gets united.
The surrendering of the mind is demonstrated through the ashtanga namaskar; to know the meaning of “ashta”, please refer to Gita, 7th chapter.
