what is difference between aatma and body
Posted by Sheela on July 24, 2012
Dear Sheelaji,
The one who observes the body is the Atma (Jivatma-Observer) and the observed is the body.
The body can’t observe the mind and body belongs to the nature, controlled by time.
Discover your mind through meditation.
