Dear Manoj,
Your success as a human being is when you can share love and trust with others. It is attained through honesty(integrity) and honour only.
As a student also, when you love and honour your teachers, subjects and classmates, your learning process becomes very easy and enjoyable. Naturally you will become successful.
Such an attitude can be developed with regular Sadhana and Satsang.
