Dear Vinod,
If you are talking about your heart which pumps the blood, then it is a part of your physical body.
But in philosophy, heart means the source of conscious energy which holds the mind, breath and heat in the body.
So, the word heart is used two times in Geeta by Lord Krishna.
First in the second chapter where Krishna calls heart as the mind (hridaya dourballyam), second in the 18th chapter where Krishna calls hridayam as the source of mind.
