What’s the difference between Mantrm & Stotram? Whats the meaning of this line? “Namosthuthebhya sarpebhya supritha mama sarvada” What is Dharma Shastra?

Dear Gopanji,
Mantram means words which help you to connect your mind with God, Paramathma.
Sthotram is that which helps us to develop inner purification provided our mind totally involves in the singing.
The meaning is “I prostrate always to the supreme conscious energy we call God, to experience that every one is the manifestation of same Truth”.
