when i say ‘I had a good sleep’ and if this ‘I’ is ‘ Sakshi’ which ‘I’ was sleeping?Was it Ahankar? Kindly clarify.

It is both Sakshi and Ahankar, when you observe (‘I’ the Ahankar), the observer (Sakshi, the Chaithanyam).
