Dear Sarojiniji,
While doing pranayamam, in the initial stage you experience a physical vibration. But never stop doing it. It is just like learning cycling.
Initially it is a struggle, then it is a joy. Meditation is not keeping the mind quiet, it is feeling the Consciousness inside.
In this process, the mind will become quiet.
