Why are souls created? As population increases, are new souls being created? If that is so, prior to coming here, where are the souls staying?or are they being created as per the need?

Creation happens at the level of FORM only.
The Chaithanyam remains ABSOLUTE or changless!
(Like the ocean is the same when ripples arise or Tsunami waves arise!).
