Why cannot we formulate a syllabus of moral study from Class 1 to 10 to the students of India based on Indian Culture?

It is indeed a great thought and should be brought into practice. Not sure if you are writing from India or abroad. Most Indian schools have moral studies from classes 1 to 10. Hari Om.
