why do keep saying live in the present and don;t think of the past and future? As we all know that, in order live in the present we need to be cautious of material things around us and we need to think and be aware of what we do and say and most of chose our words very carefully. Therefore situation are very different, because the current world and the people in it are of all sizes in mind body and spirit. If we follow everything you say to its literary content. People will call the follower a mad man that has no realistic morals, values and very discrimination to everyone and everything around us. But, you may think or say that I am arrogant? equally, others may say, if I follow your words that, I am an idiot, fool or a mad man to practice or preach what you say, Yes, we need to control our mind and practice good moral values and being considerate and compassionate towards all living things, irrespective of cast, religion, genda or colour. I will say, we need to understand where and we came from, try to learn from our historical past and elevate all the negatives, take the positives and improve on this and aim to educate those around you without being imposing and insulting but having a kind and considerate manor. Sorry, Without knowing the past and learning from it we will not be able to live in the present and I am not saying to dwell in the past. We need to think of the future because we need to know as we are parents we need to make sure that our children and this planet is in a peaceful state for the future of our children. Otherwise, what and why was the war of the Maha Bharath or the war between Raman and Ravana? Some people think like Ravana, but we try to live like Raman! Don’t you think so?!

Spirituality is not a dream or a show rather it is an Intelligent attitude to be followed in life.
Develop the skill of self observation (observing one’s own mind), this is possible only when you practise meditation. Then practise self judgement (self discrimination which means ignore or neglect what is not required which includes our past and then engage the mind in positive thinking and action).
Then see the real joy, happiness and peace within. If you want this then follow the words of our Rishis otherwise go with the mass.
