why hindu ladies are not going to the temple on their mensure days. i didn’t get a propoer answer for this. why hindus saying pula for 15 days when one person died.

During the menustrual period because of the variations in the physical aura, the female body is not very receptive to the ethereal atmosphere of the temples or such spaces. Hence they are asked to stay away. About Pula, in olden days when infectious deaths were common it was advisable for people from such households to stay away from temples where people come in groups with minimal external protection. It was probably also a way of allow the family members to stay away from regular interactions to overcome their grief, and return to normal life. Hari Om.
