7 according to Hindus consist of 7 type of energy. Everybody is the embodiment of 7 energies.
They are as follows
1)solid energy ( forms out of food we eat ) this is called ” mooladhara sakthi”
2) liquid energy ( water ) swathistana sakthi
3) heat ( heat which digest the food and keep body warm) manipooraka sakthi
4) breath ( air ) which constantly moves ( anahatham)
5) sound ( visudham)
6) mind
7) soul ( sahasrara ).
Sage Suka is guiding Pariksthith to transcend his mind to this seventh plane of his existence.
