You have told me about five methods to bring the mind to into a balanced state. 1) Pranayam 2) Japam 3) Meditation 4) Positive attitude towards the day-to-day events 5) Expression of happiness, love and service But todays telecast you have told through pranyama many people have gone to unstable mental conditions. For Meditation and Pranayama i feel strict guidance of a Guru is required. So japam and positive nature of mind is seems to be practised by an induividual with a gurus advice itself. Could you explain me how to start japam in correct method.

Dear Anish,
Without proper knowledge, whatever you we do can affect us negatively.
So we require knowledge and then we should practise.
Otherwise, it is like going to a laboratory without the knowledge to distinguish between acid and water.
