As India celebrates the SAPTHATHI of her Independence we need to remember all great feats have happened from sacrifices. That is why our scriptures say
” Thyagena Eva Amrithatwam Aasu”. Our forefathers and national leaders went through immense hardships to give us the FREEDOM we enjoy and celebrate. Now in return, we need to develop a culture of sacrifice. We are in this Universe not for our selfish interests or pleasures. A willingness to sacrifice comes from a sense of Universality. That is why our seers prayed “LOKA SAMASTHA SUKHINO BHAVANTHU”. We should live to help, to care and to serve. For that, a head to heart connection has to develop.
