Chapter 1: 17,18
When Krishna blew his conch, all the senior leaders too began blowing their respective conches. This shows how collectively they were connected and synchronized. The sound of Krishna’s conch was a signal indicating the next steps in the war strategy. It reveals how a great leader systematically and collectively conveys the right message about the forthcoming actions without openly stating them. A good leader guides and clarifies everything through proper training and communication, so that later, even subtle signals are enough for the rest to understand the steps to be followed.
