nimittāni ca paśyāmi viparītāni keśava ,na ca śreyo’nupaśyāmi hatvā svajanamāhave

Arjuna feels that success achieved by hurting or losing loved ones is meaningless. Power, position, or achievement has no value if it comes at the cost of human relationships and inner peace.
If success costs compassion, values, or relationships, it is not true success.True leadership is not just about winning, it is about uplifting without harming.
These thoughts look very positive and empathetic however wrongly  applied when a warrior fights for a establishing Dharma.
