Dear Swamiji, I have a doubt on which namasankeertham to do, whether Vishnusahasranamam or Lalithasahasranamam ? Is it based on which deity is close to the heart or on the state of mind, such as fear, depression or other negative aspects which cling to the mind? Please guide me on this.

It is not the mantra which you recite but the involvement, your total dedication that takes you into the true experience of God .
Think which mantra Ratnakara recited to become Valmiki.
He even wrongly spelled the mantra, but dedication was total and that made his transformation possible.
