The answer is: Gita never taught such absurd ideas that one should not expect result. Since Gita is an excellent management text, it helps us to develop a balanced and matured mind. When you plan, that is result of your expectation. Plan yourself, work with total involvement and share the result (means share the positive with an attitude of humility).
