Dear Swamiji, I am having a dharamsankat : I have been separated from my husband and divorced.Right before the divorce also I told him I am not divorcing to marry someone else but so I can change my mindset and be positive and he also gets to get out of negativity. It’s been two years since then and my hope is still there although there is no positive approach from him yet.My parents and grandmother ask me to pray well and God will help to renew the marriage ,as it’s a good cause . My confusion and question is if praying to God to renew this marriage is a selfish thing to do ? What if my husband really doesnt want to be with me and my praying is like forcing him to be with me . I don’t know what to pray for.I want to marry him to keep him happy and his family happy.Otherwise,I prefer not to marry anyone again .

Dear Rekhaji,
Instead of consulting so many people and astrologers, why don’t you ask your ex-husband himself?
It is the ego that creates this barrier. So, drop the past and think afresh.
If you carry it further, you can not move with him further.
Be convinced about what you truly want in your life and speak directly to him, without any iota of doubt.
If he accepts you wholeheartedly, go ahead; otherwise, move on for an even better relation.
My blessings are with you,
HariOm!
