Dear Swamiji I have lost all interest in living my life. Being housewife and no kids after long treatments…now no hopes left.there is no aim in life. All other friends and relatives being busy with kids and family, now I started feeling very lonely. Many of times I lose interest in chanting and reading also.swami ji can I get some positive help from u, my mind has become very dull ,and I am not able to uplift it myself. Thank you swami ji

Spirituality lets you know the eternal nature of your being.
Your mind has taken many births before and it will continue till it dissolves in the Supreme Being.
There would have been many life times with children or without children, married or unmarried, man or woman, human being or animal.
Who knows?
Worrying about what you do not have now, steals the joy of what you have now.
It is like punishing yourself further.
Become a member of a Satsang group and actively participate in all good activities.
Forget your limited existence and experience your infinite nature through regular meditation.
