thanks for earlier reply udit ji “When we meditate regularly, we realize that we are beyond the mind too.” this was ur response to my earlier question ..ji…… if that is the case – i at present constantly say that” i am mind not body “during meditation,chanting ……..does such an attitude would prevent me from discovering the higher self ………..so whether i need to reframe my auto suggestion or continue my present phrase ” that i am mind……so on…” thanks for sharing the wisdom
