I listen to the Bhagavatham at Asianet. The explanation is really very good & clear. Although we try to focus on God, we keep forgetting when we get into day today activities. Please can you suggest a way in which we can remain focused & keep thinking of God?

Dear Chandana,
The regret that you can not focus on the Lord, itself is a good sign for your remembrance.
So, whenever you realize that you have forgotten to remember, instead of keeping a guilty conscience,
surrender yourself and feel the presence of God in the form of Chaithanyam in you.
This feeling will become a strong memory; then you can not forget the divine presence.
