Jai Sri Krishna! I have started listening to Bhagavatham and Bhagavad gita. Now, trying to change myself spiritually, i have a question that you can help me to find the answer. Bhagavad Gita teaches us do Karma as a father, brother or worker without any expectations. But at the same time Gita and Bhagavatam tell us to detach ourselves from all bonds in this physical world and love the God , that lies within me to achieve eternity. Both of these seems contradictory to me and how’s it possible to follow both at the same time?

You need skill to do both simultaneously.
It is like Krishna’s crown of peacock feather which represents taking big responsibility effortlessly.
Bondage is just a feeling that comes with possessiveness.
If you do things as worship to the Lord, your love for Him and the perfection in the work are preserved.
There will be no anxiety about the result.
Geetha never says, you should not expect result, but rather you should focus on the work in the present moment.
It will take care of the result in the future.
