Pranam Swamiji, In sixth Chapter of Bhagawad Gita, in two Slokas 35 and 36, Shri Krishna talks about six terms – 1) Abhyas, 2) Vairagyam 3) Control of mind 4) Vashyam (vasappaduthu) 5) Ubayam and 6) Practice (muyarchi) I want to know the real meaning of these words. Because these are the fundamentals for higher attainment. I lack these qualities. Because all these years, we were taught not right meaning of important terms. This will help the primitive abhyasis like me. Thanks

With constant practice, it is possible to stabilize your mind into ‘sama budhi’.
For that, right food, sleep, rest, activities, Sadhana, meditation are required.
The end result is a peaceful mind and a dynamic life with a noble purpose.
It does not happen over night usually, but one has to observe keenly into the inner self.
