dear swamiji,i feel god is energy,it is in every breath i take,i am also energy in this physical body,the mind is ego,it gets strength from the energy in me,the source of all thoughts r this energy,there is only energy in this universe ,what we say is matter is only the energy manifesting,it comes and goes.am i correct?but what is pain every one including animals try to avoid pain,it is pain which troubles man,
