Dear Swamiji, i need 2 clarifications: 1. i noticed one of your reply in this session regarding pancha prana prathishta done to a vigraha by a thanthri where u asked prana coming from where ? Defenitely it is from thanthri’s chaitanya. But after that a lot of thanthric, manthric and manthra sooktha done to the vigraha daily and the chaitanya in the vigraha will be more than the thanthri’s chaitanya. It is just like a father transfer his sperm for a child. It may be his influence that the child become an adult but so many other factors influence his development. What about chaitanya in a swayambu vigraha where thanthri’s chaitanya is not transferred. Hence any body whr an ethist, a communist, a believer, a non-believer, a non Hindu who ever just stand in front of a vigraha can absorb positive energy from that vigraha. It is the easiest way for a normal person to get positive energy daily from a local temple instead of searching for a God Realised persons who are very rare and not reachable as they are staying in distant places. Pls comment. 2. Agree with u in bharath samskara it was surrender and prayer came from British. Surrender statue was built in four corners of many temples. Apart from this namaskara mandapam was built in all temples where people used to do namskara. But today no body is entrusted to enter the namskara mandapam by devaswam people. Pls advs reason for this. If kalasam or pooja is done at namaskara mandapam, it is ok we cannot enter. But if it is free why can’t people enter, sit there and do namaskaram especially in rush time. Pls advs. Tks & Regds, S. Vasu Elayath.

1. I agree with you, but again tell me, ultimately who is behind performing all these rituals?
2. customs change from time to time, some for good and otherwise too.
