An intelligent speaker communicates in a convincing manner, so that his message is rightly received by the audience.
Otherwise, what is the purpose of communication?
Tell me, are all the people in the public gathering have the same mind set and receiving capacity?
So, one to one communication can be frank to the level, understandable by the receiver.
