Dear Mitravinda,
During Navarathri, we worship Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswathi.
Durga represents our physical strength; Lakshmi our mental equipoise; Saraswathi our discriminating intelligence
(Kriya, Iccha and Jnana shakthi).
So we should make use of this body for our livelihood, whatever sensual pleasures determined by the social setup, social service
and sleep and for spiritual practices.
The your lethargy will be conquered.
All these kinds of beliefs are used to utilize the time positively and transform the mind to that spiritual experience.
