Hari Om, Why hinduism had different purnas like, Vishnu puranam, Devi Bhagavatham, Shiva Puranam etc.. In each purana the main deity is recognised and the main power or Param Brahma. This creates confusion to the worshippers. Why this happened. Because of this only I think Hindus are easly getting converted to Islam and Christanity. The Bhakta of Vishnu is not ready to accept Devi or Shiva or Ganesha or… as the main power. Same with other Gods Bhaktas also. How we can light this confused minds to over come this and understand there is only one power who is having control of this Universe? Param Brahma is Male or Female? Dear Jayanarayanan,
In order to avoid this confusion, Veda Vyasa insisted the study of BHAGAVATHAM. He says “Chidyanthe Sarva Samsaraya”
That is, all your duties will vanish.
Bhagavath purana addresses all these issues in a scientific manner.
Parabrahma is beyond gender.
