The first three directions covered represent the three states of mind – wakefulness, sleepy and dreamy. Once we experience life through this then our journey should be inwards or to develop the third eye of wisdom or the fourth state of Thureeyam. This is done with the blessing of Shiva who is also called Tripuranthaka. Hari Om.
