Pranamam Swamiji, Thank you Swamiji for the answer that you have given for my previous question. But one more clarification, Swamiji, whatever thoughts that come to my mind now I would just replace it with good and remain tranquil. But the thought I told about is neither a bad thought nor a good thought, just a foolish thought that I kept on thinking for almost 1 year and got depressed. So when it comes to me I think of the past memory(getting depressed). So Can I keep a tranquil mind on this thought without being depressed through meditation?

Any thought that leads to depression you must stop thinking. Instead, divert your attention.
Being so obsessed with the thought is itself the beginning of trouble. Next time the thought comes chant ” Om Namah Sivaya” until it passes and focus on your breath. See its effect reducing. Hari Om
